WHY CAN'T I STACK CODES?!
Unfortunately, the platform I'm using does not allow for multiple codes to be used at one time. To remedy this problem, please send me an e-mail at sales@plum-blossom-studio.com and I can create a custom order for you! This way, if you want to use your coupon code along with the site's current promotion, we can do it! However, you cannot stack certain codes together.

(The free shipping threshold amount will be based off the subtotal after any discount is applied.)

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping rates start at $4.90 for economy. For orders over $50, the shipping rate is automatically $0 for economy shipping! This is the only time that you could use a coupon code alongside a free shipping rate! Reminder: free shipping threshold amounts are calculated based on the subtotal after discounts have been applied.
It seems silly, but I didn't think about internationally shipping anything before. Unfortunately, my noob-self doesn't know much about shipping outside the US. Most unfortunate as it seems that the international shipping rate at this time cannot be discounted from my end regardless of order amounts.
DOES MY ORDER COME WITH TRACKING?
All orders will now come with tracking automatically! Yes, even your single sticker orders will have a tracking number attached to your order. This way, we both will know when your order will arrive at your door and just in case you're wondering why the shipping amounts are what they are! If you have questions regarding tracking, please send me an e-mail at info@plum-blossom-studio.com.
To opt out the tracking for sticker orders, there is still a shipping fee attached. However, it can potentially save you on shipping if you decide to not want tracking; that is, depending on the amount of stickers you order essentially. For example, an order with less than three stickers will have a flat fee of $1 for shipping. Going this route will imply that you understand that there is no tracking information and I cannot verify when and where your order is at during any given time. Opting for this route, you agree that we, Plum Blossom Studio, are not responsible for what happens to your order once it leaves our hands. Please allow for your order to arrive within 10 business days before contacting us about lost orders. Sometimes, it may take a little longer to process mail for varies out-of -our-control reasons (weather/pandemics/whatever you can think of). Typically, it takes up to 5 business days. I can send a photo/clip of your order being mailed to let you know that it has left our hands.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
Please allow for up to 48 hours for orders to be shipped out. Typically, orders will be packed the same night it is ordered and shipped out the very next day. On weekends and holidays, it may take longer as the shipping providers may be closed. Unless you've opted out of tracking, it will take approximately 24 hours before your tracking number is updated to show the latest information.
We ask for understanding during hurricane season in Florida (June-November). Sometimes, we're a little too aggressive with the tape and wrap your package enough so it doesn't arrive wet. Do I believe I need a better solution? Absolutely. Will there be a better solution? Lets just say we're working on it!
MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE.
Any orders that have missing item(s) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Although we do take photos of orders before they are packaged, we are human and we are prone to make mistakes just like anyone else. We will immediately send you the missing item(s) once it is confirmed that you did not receive it.
For damaged items, unfortunately, there is not much we can do about items that are damaged due to shipping as we cannot control the package integrity once it leaves the building, but we will work with you to come up with a solution. We are working every day to try to improve our packaging in the most cost effective way possible to ensure that your items ordered arrive safe.
For items that are defective, the defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We implore that you check all your items once they arrive.
I CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT A REFUND!
Requesting for a refund before the package has arrived at your door step will be honored so long as the package has not been opened and is shipped back to us undamaged. The cost of reshipping it back to us will be your responsibility. The refund will be given back to you via original payment as soon as the package arrives back to us unopened and undamaged minus a 10% fee to restock the items. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your end as it will vary from account to account.
We currently are not accepting any other kind of refund request. For safety reasons, we do not want to potentially cross contaminate anyone from opened products and we cannot restock items that have been opened. However, we are willing to work something out with you should there be any problem that arise.
WHAT'S WITH THE EXTRAS?
You have something extra in your package? Oh. I didn't realize freebies were a concern. Do tell, do tell. If it is a mistake on our part, by all means, give us a shout out! And we'll throw back a thumbs up in return!
